All works displayed on this site — images generated by artificial intelligence, titles, descriptions, editorial texts, captures, layouts — are protected by Belgian copyright law (Act of 30 June 1994) and by applicable international conventions.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, transmission or exploitation, in whole or in part, of the contents of the site, by any process and on any medium whatsoever, is strictly forbidden without the prior written authorisation of the artist.

The purchase of a print grants entitlement to a physical copy of the work, signed and numbered. It does not transfer any reproduction, distribution or commercial resale rights.

Limitation of liability

The artist endeavours to ensure the accuracy of the information published on the site, but cannot guarantee its completeness or permanent accuracy. The site may be temporarily unavailable for technical reasons. The artist cannot be held liable for any damages resulting from the use of the site, its unavailability, or the possible presence of errors.

Outbound links to third-party sites (social networks, platforms) do not engage the artist’s liability regarding their content.

Personal data (GDPR)

As the editor, Fabrice Rasir acts as data controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679 — GDPR).

Data collected:

• via the contact and print request forms: name, email, message (and series/format if provided).
• via audience measurement tools: see the cookie policy.

Purpose: responding to visitor requests and tracking anonymous traffic.

Retention period: messages received are kept for a maximum of 3 years after the last exchange.

Recipients: data is never sold or transferred to third parties. It transits through Netlify Forms (host, United States — Standard Contractual Clauses) and through Google Analytics if you have consented to analytics cookies.

Your rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability at any time by writing to contact@bibheistcreative.art. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).

Applicable law

These legal notices are governed by Belgian law. Any dispute relating to the use of the site falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Brussels.
